The Interesting Project, 2020

The Interesting Project (TIP) is the primary artifact from my graduate thesis in the Learning Design & Technology master's program at Stanford's Graduate School of Education. I was initially going to design and fabricate a 50-foot tall redwood tree sculpture with an immersive sound bath audio experience. But covid eliminated the chance for any in-person gatherings. So instead I created TIP to invite students to design their own transformative experiences based on principles from the Life Design Lab. TIP won GSE's design award, and was celebrated as the first-ever asynchronous learning experience designed entirely on Instagram.
