Sorenson Impact Center, 2019
Sorenson Impact Center is a subsidiary of the business school at the University of Utah. In 2019, I was brought in as a sort of artist-in-residence to infuse creativity into the center in new and interesting ways. I chose to focus most of my energy on physically redesigning the space. At the time, the center was operating in an old military barracks house at Fort Douglas. To more clearly organize where the different departments were located, I designed a Tube-style underground map, which we painted on the walls of the historic building. We also renovated other spaces and built custom furniture.
