Short Story Collection, 2022
My Short Story Collection is an ongoing series of short, self-illustrated stories I have been writing for the last 15 years (ever since taking a college writing class from the late, Rick Walton). My intention is to eventually put them all together in a printed book. Generally the stories are based on various wisdom philosophies or word plays that I find myself turning over in my mind.
The Little Ripple is one of the self-illustrated stories. This particular story explores themes around the stages of human development and the inevitable crashes we are all approaching. The first three pages are shown below.

There was once a little ripple born far out in the ocean.

It did not know it was a ripple.
But it could feel that it was moving. And growing. So it moved, and it grew.

The little ripple got bigger, and moved faster.
One day, the little ripple noticed something moving faster and growing bigger than it was.
